Overview

One of India’s biggest mosques, Taj Ul Masajid is an iconic landmark that has a large courtyard that can hold thousands of worshippers, many minarets, and a spectacular entrance gate. The interiors are ornamented with calligraphy and elaborate sculptures. Visit the popular Imami gate in close proximity to the mosque. Every day from 6 am to 8 pm, it is open. Non-Muslims are not, however, permitted to enter the mosque on Fridays. Entry is free of cost.
