The Institute of Professional Education and Research, or IPER, is one of the best business schools in the country, offering 15 undergraduate and graduate courses. They provide degrees such as B.A., BSW, B.Voc, BBA, B.Com, and MBA/PGDM in fields such as Humanities & Social Sciences, Banking, Finance & Insurance, Business & Management Studies, Accounting, and Commerce. Undergraduate courses include BBA and B.Com (Hons and General), and postgraduate courses include MBA. It also provides a full-time Post-Graduate Certificate in Management program (PGDM). Entrance to undergraduate programs is merit-based, however, admission to MBA and PGDM programs is competitive. The highest compensation package available was INR 8.2 LPA, with an average income package of INR 4.27 LPA.
