Bansal Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) is a private engineering and management college established in 2000 by the Shriniwas Education Society, under the late Shri K.C. Bansal’s vision of affordable professional education. It sits on Raisen Road at Kokta, Anand Nagar, and forms part of the wider Bansal Group of Institutes (BGI), which also runs Bansal College of Engineering and Bansal Institute of Research and Technology. BIST offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs across engineering, technology, computer applications and management, including B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA, and its urban campus has classrooms, labs, workshops, a library, hostels and transport services. It is approved by AICTE, accredited by NAAC, and affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) for technical programs and Barkatullah University for its MBA.
